Toyota Winnebago Warrior WT321RB - excellent condition

**1987 Toyota Dolphin Class C | 58,000 Original Miles | New Roof | Engine Warranty**

Ready to hit the road? This 1987 Toyota Dolphin has just 58,000 original miles and is a well-kept camper that sleeps five comfortably. We’re moving back to Costa Rica and don’t want to store it for the winter, so it’s ready for its next owner.

The engine recently had top-end work, including a head gasket replacement. The water pump and oil pump gaskets were also replaced. It comes with a **12-month, 12,000-mile warranty**. Mechanically, I’d rate it a 10/10: no known engine leaks, no check engine lights, newer tires and brakes in good condition. Everything works as it should.

The camper has a **brand-new roof**, a recently repainted exterior and no known water leaks. Inside, you’ll find a four-burner stove, oven, three-way refrigerator, propane water heater and propane furnace. The full rear bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There’s also a large hanging closet and plenty of storage throughout.

The full-size over-cab bed sleeps two, the jackknife couch converts to a bed for two adults and the dinette converts to a single bed. It has **seven seat belts** in total.

All the lights work and the camper is ready to use.

**Clean title in hand.**

1987 TOYOTA DOLPHIN!!!!!

**1991 Toyota Winnebago Warrior “Mackenzie” — 74,000 Original Miles — $14,000**

Meet Mackenzie! This 21-foot Toyota Warrior has been in our family for 14 years and is ready for someone else’s adventures. We just completed a 1,700-mile road trip without a hiccup. She’s fun to drive, easy to park and gets plenty of honks and waves along the way.

Mackenzie has 74,000 original miles on the 3.0L V6 and a four-speed automatic transmission. The engine has no known leaks or mechanical issues. She has brand-new tires, recently serviced brakes in great condition and tons of service records. The frame is rust-free and the roof was recently resealed. I’d trust this camper to take me anywhere.

The interior is a **9/10**: clean upholstery with no tears or stains, no interior water damage and lots of storage. She comfortably sleeps five with a full-size over-cab mattress, a jackknife couch and a dinette that converts to a bed. There’s also a large hanging closet and a full rear bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Everything works, including the four-burner stove, oven, water heater, propane furnace and all lights. The exterior is about an **8/10**, with no known leaks. She also has the one-ton rear axle.

Mackenzie is a well-cared-for little adventure rig with low original miles and the records to back up her history. Similar campers are often listed around $15,000–$20,000. I’ve priced her at **$14,000** because I’d like to see her go to someone who will use and enjoy her. I’m open to a reasonable offer, but I’m not looking to move much on the price.

Everything in the RV is functional with the exception of the panel that monitors the battery and water levels. There are two electric fans - one above the bed and one in the back by the shower, an AC unit, an electric heater, propane stove, electric fridge, water heater, shower, two-compartment sink, convertible sofa bed, full size bed, 20 gallon fresh water tank, 10 gallon container for drinking water, composting toilet, two Wen 2000 generators with a parallel kit (run both to start AC, then switch to a single unit). You can camp 3-4 adults for several days off grid comfortably. Windows are all in great condition and have privacy screens. There’s also a small (~200 watt) solar panel that trickle charges the house battery. It has also an upgraded sound system, bluetooth pairing, etc (see photos).

We are the third owners and each owner has put a lot of love into this RV and taken really good care of it. We’ve owned her since September 2021 and have performed the following fixes and maintenance:

* Replaced side wide-angle mirrors (2021)
* Replaced vehicle battery (2021)
* Replace rear brakes (2022)
* Replaced all interior DC overhead lights (2022)
* Replaced brass fittings and valve on water heater (2022)
* Replaced O-rings on water system drain valves (2022)
* Replaced solar-powered exterior light over cabin door (2022)
* Rear brake, back-up, signal light assembly replaced (2022)

* Replaced all exterior running lights on cabin body (2025)
* Replaced hitch cargo rack (2026)
* Front signal lights replaced (2026)

On several occasions we’ve had the vehicle inspected (e.g. checked the brakes, fluid levels, etc). It’s only needed minor repairs e.g. at one point we replaced the fan belt. The vehicle runs extremely well. We have all maintenance records and original owners manuals for vehicle and generators.

Additional notes:

* Should dump gray tank about every two fills of the fresh water tank
* Can share video for how to operate the hot water heater
* Includes a breathable winter cover.

Why We’re Selling:

I bought this RV for my parents during the pandemic because I wanted them to have a solid start to their RV journey and an experience that would help them figure out what they really cared about and wanted before spending a lot of money on a more modern rig. We’ve done that and had some great memories along the way, so it’s time for this awesome RV to find a new home/owner that will appreciate it and make some memories of their own.

It’s been very lightly used over the past 5 years (we bought it with 67K miles)

1983 Toyota Sunader 21 foot rear dinette RV with 89,000 miles.
This iconic Toyota Sunrader RV is in great condition and is ready for many more adventures. This Toyota sunrader is best known for being one of Toyota’s only full fiberglass RV's. This Toyota is very spacious with sleeping for four to five people comfortably. Comes with a full kitchen and bathroom. The rear dinette is one of the best interior options as you get an amazing view out the big back windows.

This Toyota has only 89,128 original miles So the Carbureted 2.2 4 cylinder engine still has a lot of life left in it. This Toyota comes with the replaced rear one ton 6 Lug axle. I have all of the documentation from Toyota and how to get it professionally repaired. I also have receipts for the new replacement rear axle parts ordered and receipts from the shop where they were professionally installed. This RV has brand new Yokohama Super Van tires with only 200 miles on them. All 7 tires were replaced and warrantied at discount tire. Comes with a new matching spare tire mounted in the rear.

I have all of the original owners manuals from every electrical or gas appliance that originally came with it as well as receipts for any mechanical work that's been done over the years. The interior of this sunrader is in great condition. The cushions in the dinette as well as the cabover bed and front seats are very vibrant with color. The cabinets will likely need new hardware as some of the cabinet doors occasionally swing open when driving. The front of the cab is in great condition with no cracks in the dash and both of the windows function properly. The Newer style radio and the heater works well but no air conditioning at the moment as it probably needs to be recharged.

The stove oven and sink all function properly In the kitchen area. The bathroom toilet and sink work great. This unit comes with the original gas water heater as well as an additional electric AC water heater that can be ran separately. Both of the hot water heaters function properly when i last tested them. Most of the overhead lights in the camper have been replaced with bright dimmable LED touch lights. The wood floor section in front of the refrigerator does have some flex but does not need to be addressed immediately. Structurally the rest of the floors are very sturdy in the camper.

The refrigerator has worked intermittently on gas and electric but I would say it needs to be replaced. The stove rattles and should be remounted with stronger hardware for future use. This camper has no leaks anywhere on the roof or sides. The roof vent fan was brand new and professionally installed but after wiring it we could not get it working. I am unsure if it's a manufacturer defect with the fan or not enough power to start the fan motor.

One of the front stabilizers for leveling the RV when parked is missing. The awning is in like new condition and functions properly. The awning has no tears or rips and has great color. One of the clearance lights is missing and a couple others need new bulbs and new silicone sealant. This Sunrader has a new oem water pump and new napa belts. The Sunrader has a new coach battery to power everything in the camper without draining your main 12V battery.

The This RV is located in Albuquerque New Mexico.

1983 Toyota Sunrader 21'

This is an ultra rare 1981 Toyota Rockwood model. Previously only thought to have been made on the Nissan chassis in the early 80s.

Quick History on this RV:

In the early 80s two neighbors in Montana went into retirement together. One bought a Sunrader and the other this Rockwood. The owner of the this Rockwood went on one or two trips a year in it and passed away in 1986 leaving it to his wife. She then sold it to the Sunrader neighbor where it sat behind his shop until he died sometime in the early 2000's.

After that the Rockwood was left to his son who left it behind the home shop until 2024 when a friend/acquaintance from Pocatello did some work on his diesel truck and accepted the Rockwood as payment for his skills and services. He brought it back to Pocatello and began restoration including cleaning the tank in 2024 and resealing the roof in 2025.

The interior renovation was left unfinished and because he had too many other projects taking priority he decided to list it up for sale. The current owner ended up trading some services and another truck for the rig in the hopes of making some cool memories and taking trips with his girlfriend. Unfortunately the current owner's girlfriend does not have interest in the motorhome and she particularly does not like it because its a manual transmission.

This 1981 Toyota Rockwood is now being offered for sale and facilitated by Toyota RV For Sale as a Full Service Listing.

What makes this rig special:

-One of the only Toyota Chassis Rockwood models spotted in the last 10 years listed for sale. This was a limited run and typically found on the Nissan/Datsun platform. Later "Rockwood" models produced in the early 90s were made by Rockwood Inc. out of Goshen, Indiana and featured a different layout. These also were very rare.
-From the backstory and the state of the engine, the odometer reading of 3,389 is believed to be original miles! It has also been confirmed by a local mechanic that all the major engine components are original further backing this assertion.

The Positives:

-Runs Great (See startup clip at end of the gallery)
-Drives Great
-AC Blows Gold
-Heater Works
-New Roof
-No Leaks
-Has newer inverter from a 5th wheel
-Fridge, Heater, Water Pump all work
-Fresh Oil Change in 2025
-New Spark Plugs
-Fuel Pump & Voltage Regulator Installed

Known Issues:

-Pre '86 these motorhomes were made on the 5 lug rear axle. These were recalled as they cannot handle the weight of a MH when loaded. For intensive use and safety a 6-lug swap would be recommended.
-The tires still have acceptable tread and hold air but are older and will likely need to be replaced for intensive use (will get date codes soon)
-This was a low use motorhome and the interior is in very good shape for its age. It is however unfinished

Final Thoughts:
This Rockwood would make a great running project for an enthusiast looking for a very rare model with low original miles. Mechanically it is sound and there is plenty of opportunity to take this interior and customize it to the new owner's desires.

We are working very close with the owner to facilitate the marketing and sale of this vehicle. As part of the sale we are also providing secure funds transfer via escrow as well as title transfer. Shipping can also be facilitated – should the need for that arise.
