Fully renovated 1990 Warrior with custom interior, updated plumbing, and replaced roof.

It drives very steadily between 50-65 MPH. Shaking is more noticeable over 70 mph. There is a “boost” button that you can use to keep the vehicle at a lower gear to accelerate onto the highway. Everything in the RV is functional with the exception of the panel that monitors the battery and water levels. There are two electric fans - one above the bed and one in the back by the shower, an AC unit, an electric heater, propane stove, electric fridge, water heater, shower, two-compartment sink, convertible sofa bed, full size bed, 20 gallon fresh water tank, 10 gallon container for drinking water, composting toilet, two Wen 2000 generators with a parallel kit (run both to start AC, then switch to a single unit). You can camp 3-4 adults for several days off grid comfortably. Windows are all in great condition and have privacy screens. There’s also a small (~200 watt) solar panel that trickle charges the house battery. It has also an upgraded sound system, bluetooth pairing, etc (see photos).

We are the third owners and each owner has put a lot of love into this RV and taken really good care of it. We’ve owned her since September 2021 and have performed the following fixes and maintenance:


* Replaced side wide-angle mirrors (2021)
* Replaced vehicle battery (2021)
* Replace rear brakes (2022)
* Replaced all interior DC overhead lights (2022)
* Replaced brass fittings and valve on water heater (2022)
* Replaced O-rings on water system drain valves (2022)
* Replaced solar-powered exterior light over cabin door (2022)
* Rear brake, back-up, signal light assembly replaced (2022)
* Truck hood and front brush guard/cow-catcher repainted (2022)
* Replaced all exterior running lights on cabin body (2025)
* Replaced hitch cargo rack (2026)
* Front signal lights replaced (2026)

On several occasions we’ve had the vehicle inspected (e.g. checked the brakes, fluid levels, etc). It’s only needed minor repairs e.g. at one point we replaced the fan belt. The vehicle runs extremely well. We have all maintenance records and original owners manuals for vehicle and generators.

* Should dump gray tank about every two fills of the fresh water tank

Why We’re Selling:

I bought this RV for my parents during the pandemic because I wanted them to have a solid start to their RV journey and an experience that would help them figure out what they really cared about and wanted before spending a lot of money on a more modern rig. We’ve done that and had some great memories along the way, so it’s time for this awesome RV to find a new home/owner that will appreciate it and make some memories of their own.

It’s been very lightly used over the past 5 years (we bought it with 67K miles)
