1983 Toyota Sunader 21 foot rear dinette RV with 89,000 miles.
This iconic Toyota Sunrader RV is in great condition and is ready for many more adventures. This Toyota sunrader is best known for being one of Toyota’s only full fiberglass RV's. This Toyota is very spacious with sleeping for four to five people comfortably. Comes with a full kitchen and bathroom. The rear dinette is one of the best interior options as you get an amazing view out the big back windows. This Toyota has only 89,128 original miles So the Carbureted 2.2 4 cylinder engine still has a lot of life left in it. This Toyota comes with the replaced rear one ton 6 Lug axle. I have all of the documentation from Toyota and how to get it professionally repaired. I also have receipts for the new replacement rear axle parts ordered and receipts from the shop where they were professionally installed. This RV has brand new Yokohama Super Van tires with only 200 miles on them. All 7 tires were replaced and warrantied at discount tire. Comes with a new matching spare tire mounted in the rear. I have all of the original owners manuals from every electrical or gas appliance that originally came with it as well as receipts for any mechanical work that's been done over the years. The interior of this sunrader is in great condition. The cushions in the dinette as well as the cabover bed and front seats are very vibrant with color. The cabinets will likely need new hardware as some of the cabinet doors occasionally swing open when driving. The front of the cab is in great condition with no cracks in the dash and both of the windows function properly. The Newer style radio and the heater works well but no air conditioning at the moment as it probably needs to be recharged. The stove oven and sink all function properly In the kitchen area. The bathroom toilet and sink work great. This unit comes with the original gas water heater as well as an additional electric AC water heater that can be ran separately. Both of the hot water heaters function properly when i last tested them. Most of the overhead lights in the camper have been replaced with bright dimmable LED touch lights. The wood floor section in front of the refrigerator does have some flex but does not need to be addressed immediately. Structurally the rest of the floors are very sturdy in the camper. The refrigerator has worked intermittently on gas and electric but I would say it needs to be replaced. The stove rattles and should be remounted with stronger hardware for future use. This camper has no leaks anywhere on the roof or sides. The roof vent fan was brand new and professionally installed but after wiring it we could not get it working. I am unsure if it's a manufacturer defect with the fan or not enough power to start the fan motor. One of the front stabilizers for leveling the RV when parked is missing. The awning is in like new condition and functions properly. The awning has no tears or rips and has great color. One of the clearance lights is missing and a couple others need new bulbs and new silicone sealant. This Sunrader has a new oem water pump and new napa belts. The Sunrader has a new coach battery to power everything in the camper without draining your main 12V battery.
