Come and see this!! 50000 original miles on this lovely Dolphin! Owned by a retired marine in CA for the first 37000 miles of it's life, always stored indoors during winter months, and meticulously maintained. This is a fully working, ready to roll RV. Newer tires with less than 7000 miles on them, new fan, resealed roof, the cab is super tidy, AC works well in the cab, engine feels strong does very well at 65mph, toilet and shower at the back of the rig. Fridge is electric and propane option (I have not used it, but it worked when I last checked) I've been using this little RV with my wife for the past 9 years going to music festivals like Blissfest etc. round the Midwest. It has a tow hitch which we've put a couple of bikes on, never towed anything with it. Inside, as you can see from the photos, it is tidy, we don't use the sink, instead use it as another kitchen workspace area with purpose made chopping board. It's really a gem of an RV, had a bunch of work done last year, new spark plugs, water pump, new shocks etc. $3600+. 1990 Toyota Itasca Spirit Winnebago
Well maintained and carefully renovated Itasca Spirit. We are selling our beloved motorhome because Medical issues that force its sale. It’s a gem and deserves to be with someone who will love and use it. I have traveled almost 20 thousand miles since I purchased it in April of 2024.  
This model has a 1 ton chassis with 6 lugs and full floating rear end with easily adjustable rear suspension load lifter air bags and the Toyota 3.0L EFI V-6 fuel-injected engine. This model has a 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive and a tilt steering wheel. It runs great and is very reliable, we have never broken down. I have just completed a 5,500 mile trip from Columbus Ga.thru Alabama,Mississippi,Louisiana to south Texas, New Mexico,Utah.and Colorado and Back with no Issues. It’s also easy to drive and park as it fits into a regular parking spot.

The interior of the camper is in very good condition and we did our best to restore it to its original glory (and beyond)*. There is minimal wear and tear on the furniture, with the exception of a small area on the passenger and Drivers seat seat covers. All appliances have been optimized and are working. The fridge and freezer runs on propane or shore power (110V). The camper heater runs on propane and does a nice job of heating the cabin efficiently( Replaced January 2025 @$2,150.00)The 4 burner stove with oven also operate on propane and are both in working order. The 6 Gal Water heater with a self ignited switch is New and is propane operated. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and a large closet for clothes and storage and a Fantastic remote ($1,150.00 ) fan. Cab Air conditioning works very well. 
The Roof air was recharged when I Bought it however,I only camped in dispersed camping areas. No campgrounds. 
We know the value of the RV and what the market is for these campers at this given quality.
