This was my dad's RV that he used for our yearly family get together fishing/camping trip to the chesapeake in VA. In 2019 he blew the engine & had a brand new 22r motor installed the same yr for 5k new engine has less than 5k miles on it by a Toyota dealership. It has a PA inspection good until 10/26 & new battery. needs new awning fabric the last time camping 60mp winds started a tear. Newer roof mount 15000 btu dometic AC/heater & fridgedaire refrigerator. 6 lug drive axle automatic transmission. Photos of solid frame & add on hitch receiver used for my dad's scooter. My brother installed a new rubber roof in 2012 the bubbling of the passenger side occurred before new roof installation he did the entire roof in pressure treated & sistered the rafters beside the existing ones.
