I've owned and loved this Sunrader for about 15 years, and put a lot of love in to it. The engine, transmission and all vehicle systems have been maintained and are in good working order.

The coach systems need some minor maintenance but generally in good working order. With the exception of the fridge which is not currently working.

- Timing chain replaced
- 6 Lug rear axel - updated prior to 2010
- Rear Air-Shocks
- New fuel tank and pump
- Solar panel and connection included

Work that has been done recently:
- Master cylinders, brake lines, drum brake wheel cylinder.
- Knock sensor
- TPS
- New battery wires and terminals
- Alternator
- Power Steering belt

What needs to be addressed - repair or replacement
- Tires
- Refrigerator
- Exterior compartment doors need to be replaced or have the latch replaced.
- Above cab interior wall needs new covering
- Interior lights/bulbs - some are wonky, some needs bulbs
- Heater vent hoses need to be replaced
- Roof vent casing - plastic is cracked inside, but not leaking
- Oven insulation needs update
- Fridge not working
- Exterior light by door not working
