1988 Sunrader “shorty” on a Nissan V6 5-speed manual transmission with extended bumper & rear case.

This 19′ RV fits in a parking spot & has everything you need:
– V6 power (more than Toyota 22R 4-cylinder)
– original interior in great shape
– air conditioning for both cab & cabin
– fridge works on both propane & 110v shore power
– toilet+shower
– kitchen stove+microwave
– USB outlets in berth

Imperfections (for disclosure):
– ~124k miles
– ignition key situation is unusual: Oakland antitheft system™️
– PO replaced grey water tank with 2nd gas tank that isn’t hooked up, so black & grey water capacity is shared
– reverse lights don’t work
– awning in poor shape
– rooftop air conditioner needs a new shroud
– berth & door curtains need installed (have curtains but they don’t fit the existing railing)
