Description
This 1981 Toyota Sunrader diesel has been extensively renovated and upgraded during my ownership. This rare diesel rendition of a cult-classic Toyota motorhome runs strong and has been meticulously maintained with numerous improvements and modern upgrades.

The Sunrader cruises comfortably at 65 mph on flat highways and 45-55 mph on hills. I managed to hit a top speed of 71 mph. The diesel engine provides excellent fuel economy (approx 20 mpg) and reliability for long-distance travel.

Current Condition
The RV has been in outdoor storage in Denver, Colorado for approximately 5 years. Prior to storage, all systems were functioning properly.

Diesel engine service – Glow plug inspection, fresh fuel with additives, coolant system check, oil change
General vehicle – Battery replacement, fluid changes, tire inspection, brake system check
RV systems – Propane safety inspection, water system service, electrical testing
Exterior inspection – Seals, roof condition, and any weather-related maintenance
Transportation & Storage:
Immediate pickup: Bring a trailer as the RV will need recommissioning before driving long distances. Extended timeline: Storage fees are $100/month if you need time to arrange pickup or complete recommissioning on-site.
